Our work fits organisations that already have data infrastructure in place and want to extract more structured value from it. That includes fintech platforms, legal practices, research institutions, and enterprises deploying or auditing AI systems. We're less suited for organisations at the very early stage of digital operations.
We begin with a short scoping conversation to understand your data environment, current tools, and intended outcomes. From there, we propose a defined engagement with a clear deliverable, timeline, and fixed price. There's no open-ended retainer model — each project has a beginning and an end.
AI Ethics Reviews are the shortest, typically completed in 3–5 weeks. Anomaly Detection Systems are delivered in 6–9 weeks. Knowledge Graph Construction engagements run 8–14 weeks depending on data complexity. Timelines are stated upfront and do not change without your consent.
The stated price covers the full engagement: discovery, design, build, documentation, and a handover session. Infrastructure costs (cloud compute, database hosting) are separate and quoted based on your environment. We don't add fees mid-project for scope that was already discussed.
We operate under a data processing agreement for every engagement. Your data is used only for the stated purpose, stored in compliant environments, and removed after project completion unless otherwise arranged. We do not share client data with third parties or use it to train generalised models.
Yes, and many clients start with an AI Ethics Review precisely because it's time-bounded and gives both sides a chance to see how we work together. It also often surfaces findings relevant to future detection or knowledge work, making it a practical first step.
